We provide a range of micro-insurance services, including but not limited to:

- Other non-life micro-insurance products tailored for low-income individuals and communities.
Applicable Laws & Regulations
Our services comply with the following:
- Company Act, 2063
- Insurance Act, 2079/80
- Insurance Rules and Regulations, 2049
- Directives and Circulars issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, Nepal
- Other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Documents Required for Issuance of Micro Insurance Policies
For all policies:
- Duly filled Proposal Form
- KYC Documents (Copy of Citizenship, PAN, or Registration Certificate as applicable)
Additional documents based on policy type:
- Motor Insurance: Owner Bluebook, copy of citizenship
- Property Insurance: Ownership documents and valuation reports
- Livestock Insurance: Ownership proof and health certificate of livestock
- Crop Insurance: Land ownership or lease documents and crop details
- Health Insurance: Copy of Citizenship and health history, if applicable
- Personal Accident Insurance: Proof of identity and beneficiary details
- Other Insurance: As required by the company
Processing Time for Issuance of Micro Insurance Policy
- 15 minutes after receiving all required documents in complete form.
Insurance Premium Payment
- Premium is determined based on the rates prescribed by the regulatory body and is payable at the time of policy issuance or renewal.
Insurance Period
- Standard period: 1 year from the effective date of the policy.
- Exceptions: Some policies may have different durations as specified in the policy terms.
Renewal Notice
- Renewal notices are sent 30 days prior to the policy expiry to ensure timely renewal.
Claims Process
- Claim Registration: Call 01- 4529362 or visit the Claim Department at our head office or any branch office.
- Processing Time: Claims are processed within 1 weeks after receiving the surveyor’s report and all required documents.
